SU-1000

ANILOX VOLUME RESTORATION SOLUTION

SU-1000 is a specially formulated product designed to chemically restore the original volume of your anilox roll in less than 20 minutes. In over 10 years and 35,000 anilox rolls restored, the SU-1000 has not damaged any anilox roll. It is very effecient on all kinds of inks or varnishes and can be used in-press, off-press and even on a counter without making a mess. HIGH DENSITY SPONGES FOR NARROW ANILOX ROLLS

Our EHDA sponge is designed to produce an abrasive micro-action during chemical cleaning of anilox rolls with Enov’s anilox cleaning solutions. It was selected based on volume recovery, durability and absorption optimization tests on anilox rolls. The thickness is designed to keep the sponge hand-side dry when cleaning the anilox roll. As opposed traditional stainless-steel brush whose strands are 75 microns, larger than most anilox cells, the EHDA fibers have a diameter of 5 microns, which makes it totally effective on all types of anilox rolls, no matter the line count.

DISPOSABLE VOLUMETRIC TESTERS

Capatch is a one-time-use tool that works as a sticker to measure the volume of your anilox roll. A calibrated volume of liquid is pushed forward by rubbing the surface with a scraper. The length of the liquid trace is measured directly on the Capatch and represents the current volume of your anilox roll. This is the fastest way to get an indication of the volume of your anilox roll.
